1-8oz Wish Bone Italian dressing -or more to taste and moisten
1 cup broccoli flowerets, cut into small bite size pieces
¾ cup black olives sliced
¾ cup cherry tomatoes halved
4 oz. fettuccini noodles or other noodles cooked
¼ cup parmesan cheese (or more to taste)
¼ cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
Pour dressing on broccoli, olives and tomatoes. Cover and marinate in frig for 3
hours or more. Combine mixture with noodles, cheese and bacon. Toss to coat.
*Sometimes I will use different robust Italian dressings and it turns out great!
Also, Instead of marinating the broccoli, I will very slightly cook it in the pasta
water, pull it out and then put the dressing on the veggies while the pasta cooks.
The family likes the veggies so I put more then the recipe calls for.
