1 stick butter
2 cloves garlic minced
¼ tsp. pepper
½ pint half & half
1 cup Parmesan or Romano cheese
12 oz cooked Fettucini (or any pasta)
Melt butter in sauce pan, add garlic, pepper, half & half and cheese. Stir with wire whisk over low
heat for about 3 minutes. Add cooked pasta to sauce. Serve.
