Broccoli Salad

11/2 lbs. fresh broccoli- chopped

1 cup mayonnaise

2 Tbsp. sugar

¼ cup red wine vinegar (or white)

¼ tsp. salt

½ tsp. pepper

¼ cup red onion or sweet onion

½ cup cran-raisins or raisins

½ to 1 cup nuts toasted

5-10 slices of cooked crumbled bacon

1. Cut florets from broccoli in small bite size pieces.

2. Whisk together mayo, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper in large bowl.
