Three Cheese Filling for Pasta

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup ricotta or cottage cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbls. Parsley, chopped
  • pinch of nutmeg, lemon peel, and garlic powder (most of the time I just use garlic
  • powder)

In mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Used to stuff desired pasta. Makes 2 2/3

cups filling.
