Golden Potato Soup

What you’ll need:

  • 1 ½ cup boiling water
  • 3 cup diced potatoes
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • ½ lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Instructions:

Combine first 7 ingredients. Cover. Cook until veggies are tender. Blend flour with a little bit of milk then add to soup. Add remaining milk. Cook until thick. Add cheese. Stir until melted then enjoy!
